SHIPPING POLICY
Production Time: Ready to ship items (all items except pre-order items or custom orders) will be shipped 3-5 business days after purchase. Pre-order items or custom orders will be shipped within 14 business days after purchase.
Shipping Time: First Class packages take about 3-5 business days & Priority Mail packages take about 1-3 business days in transit. International Shipping takes around 7-21 business days, but may be longer depending on location.
Shipping method DOES NOT affect production time. All orders have the same production time of 3-5 business day PLUS shipping time.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages: Once an order has left my hands, it is no longer my responsibility OR under my control. It is up to the USPS after the package has been scanned. If you need help locating your package, please reach out to your local post office first. Contact us if you need further assistance.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
If the package is returned to sender or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for shipment fees.
Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive broken or break within seven days of purchase, we will replace them (if inventory allows) or refund you the price of the earrings. PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are hand crafted, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections. However, we would not send anything that was not up to our standards.
We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed and/or shipped.
First Class and standard international shipping are uninsured. PLEASE NOTE: If your package becomes lost with one of the economy shipping options, we are not responsible for refunding/cancelling the order. You would need to reach out to your local postal service to locate your package.
Expedited shipping options (UPS/DHL and Priority) all come with insurance. PLEASE NOTE: If your package becomes lost with one of the expedited shipping options, it would be best to reach out to the carrier and process a claim.
